At Kingsgrove Dental, when you make an appointment, the time with the dentist and supporting staff is exclusively reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your allocated appointment time, we ask that you inform us with more than 24 hours in advance.
If less than 24 hours’ notice, or no notice is provided, or if you arrive so late that the dentist doesn’t have enough time to proceed with the appointment, a $75 deposit will be required to arrange another appointment. This is not a cancellation fee, and won’t cost you anything if you arrive on time at the next appointment.
It is simply a pre-payment that will be used towards the cost of your next appointment. If however you cancel within 24 hours, or not arrive,
or arrive very late, the $75 pre-payment will be forfeited and used as a cancellation fee.
