We offer a variety of payment options: cash or EFTPOS, credit card and patient finance. For more information head to our payment options page.
* Payment is required at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.
We welcome members of all private health funds for treatment. For health funds participating in the CSC Healthpoint electronic claims system, we can process your rebate on the spot and only the ‘gap’ payment is required at the time of treatment.

Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
- Identification such as Driver’s License, Passport or Photo ID.
- Health insurance card (if applicable).
- A list of any medication that you take regularly.
We follow the ADA recommendation of a routine check-up every 6 to 12 months, but the general approach does not necessarily work for everyone.
Some may need to visit a dentist more or less frequently and we will advise how often a check-up is required specifically for you.

The best way to prevent any teeth problems is by having a balanced diet, maintain an oral care routine twice a day and visit the dentist regularly.
Conditions such as diabetes or HIV/AIDS can also affect your dental health, as well as medications and certain types of chemotherapy.

In case you already have been diagnosed with tooth decay or gingivitis the best is to always take care of them as soon as possible.

The ADA recommends that children have their first dental check-up by their first birthday.
This also recommended so that the kid can have a healthy habit of going to the dentist and will reduce the dentist anxiety and phobia at an older age.
